William is a traffic engineer and transportation planner with a background in parking management, traffic operations, and multimodal planning.
William brings experience working with cities and towns of all sizes to implement traffic operations and parking management strategies that align with each community’s long-term mobility, livability, and economic vitality goals. He has a passion for distilling data-driven analyses down to clear, concise, and relevant findings and collaborating with stakeholders and community leaders to develop creative solutions built around shared objectives. William also has experience working with clients to identify anticipated traffic impacts and parking demands associated with development projects and developing cost-effective travel demand management strategies.
William founded RBT Consultants in 2018, to focus on traffic, parking, and transportation demand management. Through an ongoing partnership with RBT, William is available as a resource on all RWC projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Consultant
Active involvement in several project tasks, particularly in the areas of community engagement, best practices decision-making, strategy development, and researching other communities (peer reviews)
Supporting facilitation and outreach efforts
Additional research, data formatting, and report writing
